MYRELLE V. DE LA ROSA
Ms. De la Rosa was born in Ilocos Norte on March 31, 1977. She graduated from the University of the Philippines-Diliman Cum Laude with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. She finished her law studies at the Arellano University School of Law in 2004 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2005.
JEANE ROUSELDA T. MONTES
Ms. Montes was born in Lucena City on December 20, 1978. She earned her Bachelor degree in Political Science Major in Policy Studies from De La Salle University. She subsequently earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the San Beda College of Law in 2005 and was thereafter admitted to the Philippine Bar the following year.
ELLEN ASTER B. CABIC
Ms. Cabic was born in Manila on November 28, 1981. She earned her Bachelor degree in Business Administration major in Banking and Finance from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), Intramuros, Manila. She subsequently earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Lyceum of the Philippines University in 2008 where she graduated with honors. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2009.
